Job will be accomplished by our own partnership within the time frame set by both companies. work in details as identified in the attached XL sheet with all the required information’s with a summary of CAT – IV inspection, Sandblasting & Painting ( 3 coats painting) and recertification of Rig equipment. Major equipment inspection & recertification under the OEM authorization or equivalent authorized agency & Coordination with OEM / Authorized company (API Approved) for mast, substructure, mud pumps . Recertification of Engines under authorization Major mechanical overhauling without the spare parts Major elecrtrical overhauling including the VFD without the spare parts.
Recertification of TOP Drive under authorization from the OEM . Recertification of Well Control equipment under authorization from the OEM Recertification of Well Control equipment under authorization from the OEM provide the required equipment certification for CAT – IV and total Rig inspection for all the accessories and attachment including the main equipment, utilities, mud system, Rig power system, Well control equipment, handling tools and drilling tools & tubular inspection plan is based on API related standards(API 4G,API 7L,API 7K,API 8C,API 8B,) and category – IV inspection requirements
